Exhibit Space Application

In order to exhibit at the 2022 MHSRS, you must first complete the application below. You’ll receive an exhibiting contract once you’re approved by USAMRDC.
 

10’ x 10’ booth fee: $5,475
 

Each booth includes:

  • Carpet, 8′ backwall drape, 3′ side-rail drape, 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and 1 booth ID sign

  • Two (2) complimentary full access badges providing open access to all MHSRS scientific sessions

  • Your company logo, address, company description, and product categories included on the online floor plan and in the mobile app

  • Inclusion in the 2022 MHSRS Program Book

  • Complimentary marketing resources

Please note: Carpeting/floor coverings are required; however, the 2022 exhibit hall will be carpeted, courtesy of MHSRS.
