Please note: due to growth of the MHSRS, room blocks at both host hotels (the Gaylord and the Marriott Villages) have been utilized. At this point, we are unable to add additional inventory and encourage you to secure lodging at one of the numerous hotels in the area. In addition, please check the links for the Gaylord and the Villages that come with your registration, as rooms occasionally become available as attendee travel plans change.

 

Those who reserve U.S. government per diem rooms will need to provide proper credentials upon arrival to receive the per diem rate (plain white CAC card or equivalent with gold chip or an active-duty military ID). Any reservation deemed ineligible for the per diem rate will be moved to the standard room block at the corresponding rate.

Standard Rate: $229/night (plus resort fee & taxes)

Government Per Diem Rate: $98/night (plus taxes)

• Resort fee is waived for per diem rooms

• Taxes waived when FL State Tax Exempt Form is presented upon check-in 

 

Marriott Village Orlando

Standard Rate: $98/night (plus resort fees & taxes)
