Registration

Registration is now open.

 

Note: Registration and housing reservations are online only and do not require login. 

Exhibitors: Please register your booth personnel through your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Important Steps

  1. Register and pay for your badge online.

  2. Reserve a hotel room per instructions issued with your registration confirmation.

    Your email confirmation will have “MHSRS2021 Registration Confirmation” in the subject line. Be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up in your inbox.

 

If an individual is deemed ineligible for their selected rate, the category and fee will be adjusted. A badge will not be released without payment in full.

How To:

 

Register & Pay, Individual

  1. Click on the button above to “Register Now” and then “Register with Credit Card”.

  2. Select the appropriate registration category and proceed.

  3. Review registration information and submit credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard).

  4. A registration confirmation/receipt will arrive via email within a few minutes of submission.

  5. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of the registration confirmation email.
     

 

Register & Pay on Behalf of Another

  1. Must possess approved paperwork and a credit card or payment token for the individuals being registered.

  2. Click on the button to “Register Now” then “Register with Payment”.

  3. Select the appropriate registration category and proceed.

  4. Review registration information and submit payment (credit card or token).

  5. A registration confirmation/receipt will arrive via email within a few minutes of submission.

  6. Repeat for additional registrants.

  7. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of each registration confirmation email.

Apply For Payment Token

  1. Payment tokens allow government purchase cardholders to create a code that individuals in their group of 5 or more can use to register themselves.

  2. To qualify, a purchase cardholder must be paying for individuals not already registered.

  3. Tokens require a credit card guarantee for issuance.

  4. Purchase cardholders may apply for a payment token and create their code online at https://www.badgeguys.com/reg/2021/mhsrs/token.aspx.

  5. The cardholder will receive a confirmation of their payment token along with instructions to distribute to their group upon submission of the credit card guarantee.

  6. Individual group members then register themselves and use the token for payment.

  7. Invoices are sent automatically to the email addresses submitted with each registration.

  8. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of each registration confirmation email.
     

 

Service-Specific Instructions

  • U.S. Army – Register with government-issued travel card or Token per above

  • U.S. Navy – Register with government-issued travel card or Token per above

  • U.S. Air Force – Register with Token, issued by AFMS

Changes

Submit name changes and corrections through the link in the email confirmation/receipt or by clicking on the option to “Update an Existing Registration” on the main registration page.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received by August 16, 2021, will be refunded in full.  After August 16, there is a $50 cancellation fee (attendee is allowed to transfer their registration and payment to someone else with no penalty). Cancellation policy and fees apply to all registrations whether paid by credit card or payment token.
