Registration

Registration will open in July 2024. 

Important Steps

  1. Register and pay for your badge online (credit card or payment token only)

  2. Click on the hotel reservations link in your registration confirmation to reserve your hotel room.

  • Your confirmation email will have “MHSRS 2023 Registration Confirmation” in the subject line. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

 

If an individual is deemed ineligible for their selected rate, the category and fee will be adjusted. A badge will not be released without payment in full.

Apply for a Token 

Payment tokens allow government purchase cardholders to create a code that individuals in their group of 5 or more can use to register themselves. To qualify, a purchase cardholder must be paying for individuals not already registered. Cardholders must submit their credit card with their application to guarantee payment.

Full Symposium registrations include nine (9) meals: ​

  • Monday – Breakfast, Lunch, Reception (Dinner)

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – Breakfast and Lunch

 

Note: Government personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS) should adjust their per diem in DTS for the meals provided.   

How To:

 

Register & Pay, Individual

  1. Click on the "Register Now" button above and then “Register with Credit Card”

  2. Select the appropriate registration category and proceed

  3. Review your registration information and submit credit card payment (American Express, Visa or MasterCard)

  4. A registration confirmation/receipt will arrive via email within a few minutes of submission

  5. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of your confirmation email
     

Register & Pay on Behalf of Another

Note: You must have approved paperwork and a credit card or payment token for the individual(s) being registered.

  1. Click on the "Register Now" button above and then click on the button with the appropriate payment option (credit card or token)

  2. Select the appropriate registration category and proceed

  3. Review your registration information and submit payment (credit card or token)

  4. A registration confirmation/receipt will arrive via email within a few minutes of submission

  5. Repeat for additional registrants

  6. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of each confirmation email

Apply For Payment Token

Payment tokens allow government purchase cardholders to create a code that individuals in their group of 5 or more can use to register themselves. To qualify, a purchase cardholder must be paying for individuals not already registered. Cardholders must submit their credit card with their application to guarantee payment.

  1. Purchase cardholders may apply for a payment token and create their code online.

  2. The cardholder will receive a confirmation of their payment token along with instructions to distribute to their group upon submission of the credit card guarantee.

  3. Individual group members then register themselves and use the token for payment.

  4. Invoices are sent automatically to the email addresses submitted with each registration.

  5. Hotel reservations instructions will appear at the bottom of each confirmation email.]

 

Pay for an Existing Registration

  1. Go to the registration website

  2. Select "Submit Payment for an Existing Registration"

  3. Enter the registrant's confirmation number and last name as it appears on their invoice/registration confirmation

  4. Submit payment

 

Service-Specific Instructions

U.S. Army and U.S. Navy: Register with government-issued travel card or token per above

 

U.S. Air Force: Register with AFMS-issued token. To request a token, contact the AFMS Symposium mailbox (usaf.pentagon.af-sg.mbx.afms-symposium@health.mil).

DHA Clinical Investigations Program: Register with DHA-issued token. Please contact Dr. Nereyda Sevilla at the DHA Clinical Investigations Program Office, DHA NCR J-9 Mailbox CIP Office dha.ncr.j-9.mbx.cip-office@health.mil for token information.

Name Changes & Corrections

Submit name changes and corrections through the link in the email confirmation/receipt or by clicking on the option to “Update an Existing Registration” on the main registration page. 

Payment Changes & Refunds

If a payment method is changed after the registration is processed, a $50 administrative fee will be charged to the original method of payment. This applies to credit cards, as well as payment tokens.
 
Refunds due to cancellation will incur a $50 processing fee through July 31, 2023. After July 31, there are no refunds for those who don’t send a substitute or don’t attend. Cancellation fees apply to all registrations whether paid by credit card or payment token. No exceptions.

Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Neither The Bridge Group nor MHSRS will be liable for hotel or travel costs for any reason.
