Shuttle Information
Please note: Shuttle service is for registered MHSRS participants and exhibitors only.
Airport Shuttle Service: Level 1
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided by Mears Transportation to/from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Gaylord Palms Resort and the Marriott Village (includes Marriott Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, and Spring Hill Suites).
Once you’ve secured your bags, please follow the “Ground Transportation” signs to the bus pick-up area on Level 1. There will be uniformed Mears personnel in bright yellow shirts to assist you, and all buses will have MHSRS signage in the window. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.
Shuttles will be located on Level 1 in the following locations:

Note: All airport returns will be from the Gaylord Palms lobby.
Inter-Hotel Shuttle Schedule
Shuttle service will be provided between the Gaylord Palms Resort and the Marriott Village (which includes the Marriott Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, and Spring Hill Suites). Inter-hotel shuttles pick up and drop off between the Gaylord Convention Center Main Transportation lobby (lower level by the Exhibit Hall) and at the bus parking area in the back of the Village Square between the Courtyard and Fairfield Inn at the Marriott Village.

Disney Springs Shuttles
IIn response to a request for alternate dining options, buses from the Gaylord to Disney Springs will be offered on Tuesday, 15 August and Wednesday, 16 August for MHSRS attendees.

There will be three (3) buses, each with a capacity of 50 people, departing the Gaylord between 1730 and 1745 (5:30 pm and 5:45 pm) for Disney Springs on each of these nights. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Two buses will be running back and forth between the Disney Springs and the Gaylord until 2215 (10:15 pm). The last bus leaves Disney Springs at 2215.

Buses to Disney Springs leaving from the Gaylord will run between the Gaylord and Disney Springs only; they will not stop at the Marriott Village. Attendees staying at the Marriott Villages are advised to catch one of the shuttles leaving from the Gaylord Convention Center Main Transportation lobby (lower level by the Exhibit Hall) to the Marriott Village. The last shuttle to the Marriott Village leaves at 2200 (10:00 pm).
We are offering this as a pilot program for 2023. Please plan your evening accordingly. We look forward to your feedback.
Note: The Marriott Village also offers a shuttle from the Village to/from Disney Springs nightly (reservations are required). This is separate from the shuttle described above. If you are staying at the Marriott Village and want to take advantage of this service, please inquire at your hotel’s front desk.
