Should the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center or the Marriott Village hotels no longer have rooms available that align with your travel dates, there are several hotels located near the Convention Center offering a variety of price points.
Please book directly with the hotel of your choice or use your preferred hotel booking service to secure your accommodations.
Please note: Complimentary MHSRS shuttle service is provided only between the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and the Marriott Village hotels. Shuttle service is not available from alternate hotels.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Will bus transportation be provided from the Orlando airport (MCO) to the hotel and back to the airport in 2026?
Bus transportation will NOT be provided between the airport and the hotels. Attendees must arrange their own transportation. There are many shuttles/public transportation options available.

Travel and Hotel FAQs
Do the rates for the MHSRS block of rooms at the Gaylord and the Marriott Village expire?
The rates for the MHSRS room block at the Marriott Village do not expire. Rooms are still available at the Village. The Gaylord is sold out. The rates for the MHSRS room block have expired.
If I stay at the Gaylord, when will my credit card be charged for the first night?
Credit cards will be charged for the first night on 28 July 2026 for lodging at the Gaylord and at Marriott Village.
Who is eligible to use the FL State tax exempt form?
Tax Exempt is for Florida State only and Federal Government only.
Can I pick up my badge before Monday, 3 Aug?
Yes.
Registration is open from 1500-1900 on Sunday, 2 Aug. It reopens at 0630 on Monday, 3 August.
Avoid long lines! Please try to pick up your badge on Sunday.
If I stay at the Marriott Village, how will I get back and forth to the Gaylord for the meeting?
The Marriott Village will provide complimentary shuttles to/from the Gaylord daily Monday through Thursday. Transportation provided by the Villages to and from Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is based upon the following schedule:

Will printed programs be available at the meeting this year?
No. We will once again rely on the event meeting app which will be made available in July.
All meeting information will be available through the 2026 MHSRS app. Look for additional details to follow as the meeting dates get closer. Once on site, if questions arise, please check with registration staff.
The overall meeting agenda and day-to-day speaking schedule will be posted on the MHSRS health.mil and health.net sites. Attendees are encouraged to print these before leaving for the meeting.
