Lodging
Overview

MHSRS has a room block at both the Gaylord Palms and the Marriott Village. These room blocks will open when conference registration opens. You MUST BE a registered attendee and pay the registration fee to receive the hotel reservation links.  
 

Upon registration confirmation, you will receive an email link to both hotels in order to book your accommodations.

 

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center (Meeting Hotel)

Standard Rate: $256/night (plus resort fee & taxes)

Government Per Diem Rate: $110/night (plus taxes)

  • Resort fee is waived for per diem rooms

  • Taxes waived when FL State Tax Exempt Form is presented upon check-in 
     

 

Marriott Village Orlando

Standard Rate: $110/night (plus resort fees & taxes)

Marriott Village Orlando is a complex of 3 hotels including:

Shuttle Schedule

Shuttle service will be provided ONLY on
Thursday, 7 August from the Gaylord to to/from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). 

There will be no airport shuttle pick up for arrivals.
 Complimentary shuttle to/from the Villages in the morning and afternoons.
 

Gaylord to MCO (Orlando International Airport)
Transportation from the Gaylord back to MCO will be provided Thursday only.   Full size buses will leave the Gaylord Transportation Lobby beginning at 0500, Thursday, 7 August, and will run continuously through the day.  The last bus will leave the Gaylord for MCO at 1700.

From the Marriott Village to the Gaylord. 
The Marriott Village will provide complimentary shuttles to/from the Gaylord daily Monday through Thursday.  Transportation provided by the Villages to and from Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is based upon the following schedule:
