The link for hotel reservations is sent only after you have registered and paid the appropriate fee. It will be in the registration confirmation email which comes from "mhsrs2026@badgeguys.com". Please check junk or spam if you don't see it in your in box after registering.
-
If an individual is deemed ineligible for their selected rate, the category and fee will be adjusted and may result in a balance due. A badge will not be released without payment in full.
-
Government personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS) should adjust their per diem in DTS for the meals provided.
Payment
-
Conference credentials will not be released without payment in full. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Charges will appear as “The Bridge Group LLC" or "wwwthinktbgcom" on your credit card statement. Click here for a copy of the W-9.
-
Previously, some CITI credit cards have been declined due to blocked merchant category codes. Before registration opens, please contact your credit card manager to ensure your card doesn't block transactions classified as "Business Services".
-
Payment Tokens are considered payment and therefore subject to the stated refund policy.
-
Unauthorized use of a Payment Token may result in cancellation.
Group Payment Tokens
If someone else is paying for you and a least 2 other people, they need to give you a Payment Token ahead of time.
-
A Payment Token is just a special code (like a promo code) that lets you register without paying on your own.
-
The person paying will usually want your paperwork approved before giving you the code, so file required authorization paperwork early.
-
If you’re paying for yourself, you don’t need a token.
-
Also, you must register for a badge before booking a hotel room, and rooms fill up quickly (often before the end of the first day), so be ready to register right away.
How Do Payment Tokens Work?
-
The GPC or cardholder creates a payment token (code) through a secure online portal.
-
Registration instructions are included with the payment token confirmation and shared by the cardholder with authorized attendees.
-
When registration opens, attendees use these instructions to register and submit their information.
-
After registering, attendees send their confirmation invoice to the GPC cardholder.
-
The GPC cardholder can either pay each invoice individually as they are received or make a single total payment after all registrations are complete.
