How to Log in

To access the MHSRS 2025 app:


• Username:
Your 4-digit registration ID/Confirmation

• Password:
Your last name (case-sensitive)


This login is required to access and personalize your schedule, bookmark sessions, connect with exhibitors, and view poster locations.

Where to
Find Your Registration Confirmation

Your 4-digit registration ID can be found:


• In your registration confirmation email

• In your Scan & Go email (sent by noon on the Friday before the conference)

• Printed on your conference badge

Important Login Note

If you registered using a shared or generic email address (e.g., info@, marketing@), or if multiple attendees used the same email, you may be unable to log in.

Please update your information in just 3 easy steps:


1. Go to the link in “Register Here” in the top right corner of MHSRS meeting website

2. Click on “Update an Existing Registration”

3. Enter your confirmation number and last name, correct the email address and continue to submission to save the change

Want to create a customized schedule?

Click on the "My Schedule" icon on the home screen. If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter the email address and last name you used when you registered.
Note: you must be logged in to save sessions and exhibitors to your account.

What platforms will the app work?

The 2025 MHSRS App will work on iOS and Android phones.

How do I download the 2025 MHSRS app?

Download the app in three steps:

 

Step 1: Search “EventPilot” in the App Store or Google Play

Step 2: Enter event code MHSRS25 and tap search

Step 3: Tap “Event Found” to open MHSRS 2025

 

You will be prompted to log in; enter the email address and last name you used when you registered. You must be logged in to save sessions and exhibitors to your account. 

 

NOTE: If you registered with a generic email address (ex: info@, marketing@, etc.), or if two or more people from your organization used the same email address, you will not be able to log into the app. Please contact info@mhsrs.net for assistance. 

 

Non-registered attendees will be able to download and review all data, but they will not be able to perform functions like messaging, etc., as this is limited to logged in users.

What event information is in the App?

All event information is only via the app and the official websites. This includes all sessions – breakouts, posters, the Agenda – as well as Exhibitors. Logistical information such as transportation, registration hours, presenter resources is also via the app. Tap icons on the home screen or the three dots (More) bottom right for information.   

How is event information configured in the app?

All activities – Plenary, Breakouts, Posters, Exhibitors, even Meals – are color coded for easier visibility. Icons on the home screen provide direct access to day-by-day schedule of breakout sessions and posters as well as Exhibitors. Breakout Sessions are organized by day, time and alphabetically by research topic. Posters are organized by day, time and alphabetically by topic and individual presentation. The Agenda provides a high-level overview of the Symposium. Tap on any presentation for location and presenter. For details on specific abstracts, visit mhsrs.health.mil.

BUILDING MY SCHEDULE

I want to start building my MHSRS schedule, what are the steps to do this?

As you view sessions, posters and exhibitors, simply tap the Schedule icon to start building your personalized agenda. Sessions automatically load to your My Schedule on the home page. Bookmark any sessions you are considering by tapping the bookmark icon in the upper right corner. To remove sessions, tap the Schedule icon in My Schedule. Do this for breakouts, posters and exhibitors.

How can I find what sessions are being presented on a specific research topic?

Search medical-related research terms and topics on the app. The app will filter all sessions containing your specific term(s). Click on any one to see day, time, location and who is presenting. Check out the Search tips to help find what you are looking for.

How can I find a specific presenter and his/her presentation time?

On the home screen, click the center Presenters icon for a full list. Filter between breakout and poster presenters or search a name for a list of speaker’s related presentations.

Need to find the location of your session?

Simply click the location finder icon in the upper left corner to drop a pin locator on the app map. The app will route you to your next session simply by identifying a current or nearby location point.

NETWORKING

Can I connect with attendees thru the app?

Yes, click the Networking icon to send in app messages and chat with other attendees/presenters. You can find a list of Registrants (tap three dots (More) bottom right of screen, to locate attendees who opted into the app during registration.

 

If you would like to opt in, either click the Networking icon or click the three dots (More). Go to Login|Settings and input the email you used to register for the MHSRS and your last name to log in.

Where can I find logistics information?

Tap the General Info icon on the home page to access transportation information, registration hours, speaker and presenter resources, exhibit hours, lost and found and much more.

SUPPORT

Will there be onsite support for the 2025 MHSRS app?

Yes, you can find personalized onsite support at the Gaylord Palms in the registration area (City Hall Lobby (Ballroom/Level 2)).

How do I adjust phone notifications

You can adjust your notifications one of two ways, either through the app or directly from your phone’s Settings. From your phone, click Settings, scroll to Notifications and update your preferences.

 

Via the app, tap the three dots (More), bottom right of screen, go to Login|Settings, and tap Notifications. This will take you to your phone’s Settings to update your Notifications preferences.
