How to Log in
To access the MHSRS 2026 app:
• Username:
Your 4-digit registration ID/Confirmation
• Password:
Your last name (case-sensitive)
This login is required to access and personalize your schedule, bookmark sessions, connect with exhibitors, and view poster locations.
Where to
Find Your Registration Confirmation
Your 4-digit registration ID can be found:
• In your registration confirmation email
• In your Scan & Go email (sent by noon on the Friday before the conference)
• Printed on your conference badge
Important Login Note
If you registered using a shared or generic email address (e.g., info@, marketing@), or if multiple attendees used the same email, you may be unable to log in.
Please update your information in just 3 easy steps:
1. Go to the link in “Register Here” in the top right corner of MHSRS meeting website
2. Click on “Update an Existing Registration”
3. Enter your confirmation number and last name, correct the email address and continue to submission to save the change

Want to create a customized schedule?
Click on the "My Schedule" icon on the home screen. If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter the email address and last name you used when you registered.
Note: you must be logged in to save sessions and exhibitors to your account.
Note: If you registered for the 2026 MHSRS with a generic email address (ex: info@, marketing@, etc.), or if two or more people from your organization used the same email address, you will not be able to log into the app.

How do I download the MHSRS 2026 mobile app?
Download the EventPilot app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Do I need to register before using the app?
Yes. While anyone can download EventPilot, personalized features are available only to registered MHSRS 2026 attendees.
To access your personal schedule and other attendee features, log in using:

Your MHSRS Registration Confirmation Number

Your Last Name (exactly as entered during registration)
Where can I find my Registration Confirmation Number?
Your Registration Confirmation Number is included in your MHSRS registration confirmation email.
If you cannot locate it, please contact info@mhsrs.net.
What can I do in the mobile app?
The EventPilot app allows you to:

How do I add a session to My Schedule?
Open any session and select Add to Schedule.
The session will automatically appear in My Schedule, allowing you to quickly access your personal itinerary during MHSRS.
What is the difference between a Bookmark and My Schedule?
Bookmarks let you save sessions you’re interested in.
My Schedule is your personal itinerary and should include the sessions you plan to attend.
Can I change my schedule after I create it?
Yes.
You can add or remove sessions from your schedule at any time before or during MHSRS.
Why should I enable notifications?
Push notifications are used to communicate important Symposium updates, including:

Schedule changes

Room changes
-
Daily reminders
-
General event announcements
-
Sponsor messages (when applicable)
We recommend allowing notifications to stay informed throughout the Symposium.
Can other attendees contact me through the app?
If attendee messaging is enabled, you may choose whether to participate through your profile settings.
You can opt out of attendee messaging at any time.
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
Some previously viewed information may remain available; however, many features, including synchronization, notifications, and updates, require an internet connection.
For the best experience, we recommend connecting to Wi-Fi or a cellular network during MHSRS.
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Verify that you are entering:

Your Registration Confirmation Number

Your Last Name exactly as entered during registration
Also confirm that you selected the MHSRS26 event.
If you continue experiencing issues, contact marketing@mhsrs.net.
I downloaded the app, but I can’t find MHSRS.
After opening EventPilot, enter the Event Code: MHSRS26 when prompted.
If you do not see the event, make sure you are using the latest version of EventPilot and have an active internet connection.
